I recently visited the Tic watch store in Darlington and purchased a Victorinox automatic watch at an extremely good price.
Sam removed some of the links and it is now a very comfortable fit.
I experienced difficulties in properly syncing the date ( it changed at noon not midnight).
I revisited the store on the following day and Sam made the adjustments and now the date changes at the right time.
The watch is beautiful and keeps accurate time.
Most importantly it's great to deal person to person rather than on line.
Sam and the other member of staff who I met were professional and helpful.
Excellent service. I am a very satisfied customer.

Found this site when I was looking for a particular watch for my boyfriend. So, the price was at least 50% cheaper then other sites for the same watch. Customer service was very helpful with all my questions and they are responding incredibly fast. It arrived very quickly and delivery was perfect! Now about watch.. Can't describe how happy I am! Watch is perfect, just like pictures! I recommend to everyone TIC WATCHES, you won't regret :)

I was told I had to wait for four weeks for delivery, as this watch was not in stock, however it arrived in three. Communication was prompt and responsive. As a watch collector I will not hesitate buying from Tic Watches again. Gary

Decided I wanted something to remember the historic Platinum Queen’s Jubilee, and decided upon the very quirky ‘How Majestic’ Swatch watch! With no local retailer available to me, my only option was internet shopping. The best price I could find was via Tic Watches, a retailer I hadn’t heard or used before. Research showed good reviews for them so went ahead and placed my order. All previous good reviews were confirmed. Order placed late Saturday evening and item delivered on the Tuesday, with receipt of daily email updates on the progress of the order. Item delivered within the stated time and well packaged. I thoroughly recommend Tic Watches and would use them again.

I wanted a second watch with a stainless steel bracelet so i could swap it with my rubber strap. This second Baume et Mercier Riviera is just as beautiful as the first one, and the price was excellent. The bracelets are expensive, so now i have two interchangeable looks.

Great service and no fuss delivery, although i got the notification too late and had to go back to work to pick it up. No worries though.

I had never heard of Tic Watches before and was a bit dubious as I found them via a Google search but I am so glad I took the gamble. I ordered my new G shock Casio GMA S2100 mini at 9:43pm Monday night and it arrived by 3pm on Wednesday. Fabulous service and a brilliant watch at a great price. Thank you ?
